About Your Inspector
Comprehensive inspections of all major home systems are conducted following industry Standards of Practice. This includes structural elements, electrical systems, plumbing, heating and cooling equipment, roofing, exterior and interior components, windows, doors, and insulation throughout the property.

Most inspections require 4 hours to complete thoroughly, though timing varies with property size and complexity. Properties with additional features like swimming pools, outbuildings, or extensive mechanical systems may need extra time for proper inspection.
A thorough inspection of systems and components of a property is time-intensive. It is not required that clients be present for the duration of the inspection. However, we encourage clients to meet with the inspector to discuss possible material defects of the property, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of the inspection process. Central Montana Home Inspections can videoconference with clients at a distance to give them confidence in their inspection.
Inspection fees are based on property characteristics and requested services, with transparent pricing provided in advance. Inspection fees are due at the time of service by online payment, Apple Pay, or check.
